Terms and Conditions

1. A ticket can only be used one (1) day after it has been issued.
2. There will be no points collected when a ticket is being used for a purchase.
3. Tickets that have exceeded the expiration date and have not been redeemed will not be reissued.
4. No refund will be given for used tickets.
5. Tickets are not exchangeable for money.
6. Any abuse of the system, if found, will be penalised with:
   1. First time: Tickets cannot be used for one (1) month
   2. Second and subsequent times: Suspension of account for one (1) month
7. Please refer to the FAQ section in the app for further details and instructions.
8. Foremula and Forebidden reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
